Dr. Gino A. Sementa
Born and raised here in Rochester, Dr. Gino Sementa earned his degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Purdue University. After obtaining a lifelong dream, Dr. Sementa moved to New York City where he was able to hone his skills as both a clinic veterinarian and a surgeon while working closely with specialists in Surgery, Neurology, Internal Medicine, Critical Care, Oncology, Cardiology, and Ophthalmology. His love for the Rochester area and his close-knit family brought Dr. Sementa back to his hometown where he practiced for seven years before taking over the Webster Veterinary Clinic as Owner and Medical Director in 2013. Dr. Sementa continues to broaden his knowledge of the field while also helping to usher in the next generation of veterinarians as a mentor. His professional interests include all facets of orthopedics and neurology, including surgery and post-operative physical therapy. He is also fascinated with the up-and-coming fields of stem cell therapy and gene regulation. In his spare time, Dr. Sementa loves to be with his wife (who is also a veterinarian), their two sons, and their family pets – all of whom are rescues. He also enjoys traveling, cooking, hockey, and CrossFit.

Dr. Susan Lewis
Fulfilling a dream since kindergarten, Dr. Susan Lewis received her degree of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University in 2001. Upon graduation, Dr. Lewis spent just over twelve years working as a general practitioner in small animal medicine when she joined the staff of the Webster Veterinary Clinic in 2014. Dr. Lewis’ professional interests include preventative medicine and wellness care for dogs and cats along with parasitology, infectious diseases, and management of diabetic patients. She also enjoys taking care of greyhounds and other canine athletes who often require specialized treatment for performance and general health. Dr. Lewis has obtained the title of Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner serving as the director of the Animal Rehabilitation Center of Rochester from 2009-2014. She also works with the Monroe County Health Department by providing free rabies shots to hundreds of pets in the community at various clinics. Outside of the office, Dr. Lewis enjoys gardening, hiking, and spending time in nature with her husband, son, and multiple family pets.

Dr. Lauren Passantino
Dr. Lauren Passantino is a Rochester native who attended Nazareth Academy. She enjoyed a brief career as a veterinary technician before attending Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduating in 2011, Dr. Passantino practiced at a veterinary hospital in Syracuse, NY for almost ten years before returning home to Rochester where she joined the team at Webster Veterinary Clinic. Her passion for veterinary medicine has grown from a lifelong, deep respect for the human-animal bond. She has cultivated a strong professional interest in preventative medicine, geriatric care, and veterinary hospice, allowing her to care for four-legged family members from the moment they enter their forever home through their senior years. Other professional interests include infectious diseases, especially parasitology, and soft tissue surgery. When she is not working, Dr. Passantino enjoys being at home with her husband, their two children, and two pets. She also enjoys running, hiking, golfing, attending live music or theater events, and hopes to travel to all fifty states before she turns fifty.
